If You Wish to Make a Return
Please call in and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send your merchandise back to VRP, You can also send an e-mail to Sales@herbsfield.com. Your request for an RMA number must be placed within 7 days of receiving your package. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and postage is not reimbursed for returning products. (We recommend sending packages UPS or Insured Parcel Post to insure proper delivery.)
