General Terms and Conditions
By accessing any areas of the Herbsfield.com site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS SITE.
Under this Agreement, Herbal Field Group Inc. (www.HerbsField.com) furnishes on-line information and services to registered members or authorized users on a subscription basis. By accepting the Terms and Conditions when registering or if you use the Service or Site in any way, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
All memberships are automatically renewed at the end of the their term. A subscription may be cancelled at anytime prior to the renewal date by sending an email to sales@herbsfield.com requesting cancellation or using our online cancellation form.
All contents of the Service are provided for information purposes only. You agree that the Service should not be interpreted as medical advice, as an endorsement of any web site/listing/source, or as any statement or opinion in regards to health care in general. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the State of Texas, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. The parties expressly stipulate to jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.
